I'm going to say the pants 2 sizes too small. It's kind of what I'm already doing...diet starts today ;) And because I stink at walking in heels and I'd just look even more humongous 5in. taller!
I would go with the heels. you can cover that not the buldging out of the pants.
Heels for SURE! I already have enough trouble with getting pants to fit... HA!
